Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in industrial / engineering line.
  • Knowledge & experience in power transmission / hydraulics / bulk handling or mechanical components industrial parts in factory will be an advantages
  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Graphic design ability will be an advantage.

 

Requirements

  • Perform analysis on market trend or industry trend for existing product and new potential product development
  • To collect, compile competitors’ information with the management team to discuss product ideas.
  • Perform feasibility study, cost, and return on investment for product ideas and manage the budget requirements for projects.
  • Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research in order to develop and execute sales/ marketing strategies.
  • To support indoor & outdoor sales in terms of technical solution of the products by providing training to them and attend customer enquiries
  • Support Sales team on any new product which product testing, branding, market survey and training provided.
  • Conduct survey and understand current market to identify business opportunity, target market segments in order to maintain existing market, and implement sales strategies to develop new market and new business opportunities.
  • To investigate complaints of technical nature by customers and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
  • To develop / organise and carry out promotional activities including road shows, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, advertisements to create publicity and brand awareness in the market.
  • Develop effective market research and market strategy to increase company sales revenue
  • Identifying trading opportunities, with specialization in reducing costs and operational difficulties in fulfilling the trade.
  • Acquire new customers in different market segment to support business revenue target.
  • Carry out evaluation of product performance through sales and consumer feedback
  • To analyse, identify and monitor competitor’s movement and activities for benchmarking activities
  • To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by senior / superior
